Why Parbaa Exists

It starts at home, in Wales.

I grew up playing and watching football, like so many people in Wales. It gave me competition, structure and a sense of belonging. As life changed and the body became less forgiving, that chapter slowly closed. I missed the challenge. I missed having something to work towards.

Parbaa began with a simple feeling. Missing sport.

I tried to replace it. I even had a brief flirtation with triathlon, which quickly taught me that training for three sports at once is not quite as realistic as it sounds.

Golf was different.

It offered a new kind of challenge, one that fit around life rather than competing with it. It brought focus, progression and the quiet satisfaction of improving at something again. At a time when I needed it, golf helped me find my rhythm and my confidence.

Parbaa was created for those shaped by more than one sporting chapter.

Whether you played football, rugby, hockey, athletics or any other sport, Parbaa is for those who still love competition, still enjoy improving, and still want their equipment to feel personal and expressive. It is about bringing sporting identity, humour and character onto the golf course, without taking the game too seriously, and always with respect for the traditions and etiquette that make golf what it is.

Different backgrounds. The same respect for the game.

It is the community that shaped my relationship with sport and continues to inspire the brand. One of our long-term aims is to reinvest into the game locally, helping to support access to better practice facilities and opportunities for people discovering golf later in life.

Because golf should be easier to fall in love with.

We are building Parbaa slowly and deliberately, one product at a time. Every headcover and accessory is part of a bigger goal. To celebrate the journey into golf, to support the communities that shape us, and to help more people find their way back to sport through the game.

If golf is part of a bigger sporting story for you, Parbaa will feel familiar.
